Located at 428 Zion Park Boulevard in Springdale, Utah, the Spotted Dog is a charming bar and restaurant offering handcrafted cuisines and homemade sauces made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menu features a variety of gourmet dinners, appetizers, fresh salads, homemade soups, regional recipes, chef specials, lite bistro favorites, pastas, and luscious desserts.
Open daily during the season, guests can enjoy their meals in art-filled dining rooms or on the sidewalk patios. The Spotted Dog has been awarded the prestigious “Award of Excellence” by Wine Spectator Magazine annually since 2009 for their quality wine selection, thematic matching, price, and style.
Reservations are accepted for inside tables only, but walk-ins are always welcome. Patio dining is available on a first-come, first-served basis, weather permitting. The full liquor license allows for curated cocktails, draft beers, wines by the glass or half bottles, and an abbreviated wine selection.
Gift certificates are available for purchase starting at $5, making the Spotted Dog a great place to treat someone special. Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on breakfast and dinner services (excluding alcohol). Dinners are available from 5 pm daily starting February 14th, 2024.

"Great service and atmosphere! Food was pricey but good! Beware elite athletes and bigger eaters they have smaller portions. My $15 Margarita was so tiny but delish! Side of chicken was dry and bland but they remade it a bit better :/, their house made bbq sauce saved it! Veggies were bland. Overall good experience would recommend!"

"The best meal I've had in a while. The Wild Game Meatloaf was the best meatloaf I've ever had. The Vegetarian Forage was also excellent. The husband and I also shared a mushroom risotto cake from the sides menu, and it was so decadent and delicious. The Italian Lemon Cake was to die for, a great way to top off dinner. The place feels elegant with great ambiance, and service was great. We had such a lovely evening!"
"Brie was exceptional I ordered the braised lamb shank. It was prepared exceptionally well. The side dishes were excellent as well. The wine list was well appointed and offerings better than expected. Will definitely go back. The service was great and laid back never rushed and all the staff was attentive. Ask to sit in the great room for the best atmosphere."
"Well-made food. The polenta cake came with plenty of vegetables and was quite filling. I really enjoyed the seasonal vegetables, which were carrots and fresh garbanzo beans. My mom enjoyed her trout. Not sure if the wild game was detectable in the meatloaf. The barbecue sauce on the short ribs was too sweet for our taste. However, it was still a delectable meal and we had a good experience."
