"It's been insane trying to get a "prescription card." Despite both my husband and I having CVS accounts and my insurance being charged, a pharmacist refused to give me my medication because I didn't have a "prescription card." So I spent the whole weekend trying to figure this out. My insurance doesn't know what this card is, and CVS customer service doesn't know what it is. A second pharmacist provided me with a phone number to get a card, but that number turned out to be for pharmacists only. I'm on the phone now with a FORTH customer service agent who STILL can't find this information and is transferring me to a FIFTH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. How the heck am I supposed to get this card?! And why/how was my insurance able to be billed if this card/information is so necessary?! This is INSANE!!! If my insurance wasn't so instant on us using this pharmacy, I wouldn't come back. Anyone who doesn't need to go here should run and be grateful that they have other options than a company that runs less effectively than a car with three blown out tires."

"Almost always problem just with routine rx refills. Pharmacist is both rude AND incompetent. Prescriptions are often lost and you are virtually never notified when your prescription is ready. If you call to check the status, they will tell you its ready for pickup but when you arrive the say its not ready yet"

"I got a Covid test here, since I will be traveling. Results were expected back in 24-48 hours. It’s been over 72 hours with no results. When I call they can’t help me. Update: it’s been 2 weeks now, with no results. Don’t go here for a test"

"Unable to do COVID tests here, even though you can sign up online. Arrived for appointment and gave information but they had problems. Waited 25 minutes then told they weren’t good with the system and to make a new appointment with the Fort Ln CVS because they’re better at it. Avoid this place."
