"This is one of my favorite stores but today I had an unsavory experience. I'm shopping minding my buisness when a sales associate comes over to try and convince me to get a credit card with the store. Asking all sorts of personal information questions and not at all taking the hint I was trying to do my shopping. When I said no for the third time I heard her move on to the next shopper asking about where he got his most recent credit card after he told her no because he already had enough cards. That information isn't yalls buisness and you shouldn't be asking that sort of thing in the middle of a store. Be like all the other store shark credit cards and ask at the register not when I am trying to get cans off the shelf behind you."

"I've never done a review of a grocery store before, but we love this Smith's. We shop here regularly and have consistently had great service from all the employees including those at the pharmacy. Self-checkout attendants are patient and helpful. The store is clean and items are usually well stocked (although at times, sales can empty out certain items). Overall, fantastic store."

"The chicken tenders at the Syracuse store are dry and no flavor. When I asked the cook why, she said they don't have the machine to double bread them. I don't understand that answer. If you want good juicy tenders, go to Kaysville or West Point, maybe others but I know those won't disappoint."

"This is our goto Smith's store always! The customer service at this store is fantastic every visit! Store manager is awesome and will help anyway he can. Store is always clean & organized every visit. The seafood is always fresh and ready to go. The meat counter meat is always fresh & delicious. The Customer Service at the meat counter is fantastic all the time! There is always a great selection at this store every visit. The Customer Service counter in the front of the store always offer excellent customer service every visit. This Smith's is honestly the best one we have ever been to."

"Clean store! Bakery department is huge! Deli despondent is huge and well organized! Meat department is amazing as well! Everything has a nice flow and is very well organized! Location is great too! Huge selection of many items... bread, jelly, beer, cereal, etc. the pharmacy is great too... almost had everything you would need there! Love the seasonal aisle!"
