"The reps are more combative than helpful. I don't understand why I even need them.. a middle man that doesn't take care to let me know a policy has lapsed until it's 2+ months overdue and shutting down. When I asked to explain pieces of my policy the only response I got was "It was in your documents that should've been mailed." When I demanded for them to lookup the policy and explain it I could tell it was a huge inconvenience. They're just not helpful. I bought in because it used to be family owned... now I can't figure out how to get free!"
