"3 year old had a laceration (cut) right above her lip from a slip & fall. Saturday at 5:30 pm got us in within minutes, had us stitched out the door within 30 minutes. Cant say enough about how prompt and kind the staff were calming down a scared toddler. Definitely recommend. Wait times have been longer in the past when we came in for sickness; but this experience prompted me to leave a 5 star review. Well done!"
"Tasha, Medical Assistant and Dionna at the Front Desk were my first impression of this place. I'm going to Europe for a work trip in 5 days and woke up with a sore throat and congestion on my chest. Can you believe that??? Right before my trip :( I got up early and went to the closest urgent care near Claremore which was Xpress. I'M SO GLAD I DID! They got me in quickly. THEY ARE SO NICE! SO NICE! And helped me get on the road to recovery so I'm well for our trip. GOD IS SO GOOD. To have a place like this so close to home is comforting. I hope to not get sick again but if I need urgent care, I won't go ANYWHERE ELSE! THANK YOU, XPRESS!"
"Very disappointed especially today, I made online appointment and had to wait an hour till they finally took me in, people came in after me and and went it before me. second time I went to this urgent care and both time NP said noting is serious just bad cold, negative Covid and negative flu, and I been in bed the last 4 days , running fever, sore throat, congestion, wet cough, body aches diarrhea. Didn’t want to prescribe any meds, I had to beg at least prescribe me temaflu. Won’t be going there again."
