Motel 6 Oklahoma City, OK

"Just passing through OKC and my last hotel booking got cancelled so I reserved a night here with a jacuuzi room. The rooms were quite clean and a little more fancy than what I’d expect from Motel 6, even if the jacuuzi bubbles didn’t work. The hot tub was big enough for me to relax and watch tv in the main rooms.. very pet friendly and staff was very nice."

"After paying for my room. Went upstairs and this place was nasty, the heat didn't work and they had roaches but the staff was nice and kind. Never again! They also overcharged us and canceled my cheaper reservation. We froze all night. I demand a full refund."

"Overall, it was decent customer service and seemed nice enough. Definitely a sketchy motel and exactly what you would expect for this side of the city. Cute doggos though."

"Let’s start this off by saying that the customer service was absolutely DEPLORABLE! We were reserved a room and when we went to check in this was what we walked in to. We go back downstairs to tell them the conditions that we saw and were given two keys to look at 2 rooms. We chose one (the one on our receipt) and she locked the one we did not select from downstairs (so we thought) we go to get into the room and completely locked out. Ignoring all the instructions we had just gave her 5 mins ago. Whatever fine. We leave for the evening and there are 2 men that greet me at the door trying to get into the room and I’m fuming. He looks confused as to why we’re in the room and I tell him what we walked in on and that this was the room we were given. I collect myself and my composure and try to go on with my night. I come back to the room to at least try to sleep for a little before finishing my travels and I’m woken up by BITING SENSATIONS!!!! Both beds were crawling with bedbugs and immediately left. How dare you charge someone for this?! There was no one who even bothered to smooth out the situation just was dismissive and was told to have a good day. The downstairs door does not close all the way so anyone can walk as they please, leaving no safety or peace of mind for you. You are better off sleeping in your car than going to here. The worst experience I have EVER had."

"After checking in and going to the room the room was already occupied. They gave us a different room. We went out for a couple hours and returning to fine the door key no longer worked. Went to the service desk just to be told we were in a different room finally after having to argued with the employee they gave us another key. After already being over charged for a ran down room,( mold in the shower, the windows on the second floor did not lock had no screens and opened fully, cigarette burn holes in the bedding which was a non smoking room)and horrible service they had bed bugs to top it off!"
