"When I lived in Oklahoma City, I was an active yogi that practiced at Yoga at Tiffany's. Tiffany is not only a dynamic yoga instructor, but she is an awesome friend. I remember my first class with her....she adjusted me, and she made sure I was reaping all of the positive benefits of yoga. I am a thick and big woman.. And I feel I am welcome and at ease when I was there! I wish Tiffany can branched out here in Denver! LOL! I love Yoga at Tiffany's~~~~"
