"RUN AWAY! This office is incompetent. Several of our policies were mishandled. Poor service and attitude by Stephanie. These mistakes only cost me money so they don’t care. If you call about anything, the answer is, “I’ll forward this to Thom and he will call you.” Which doesn’t happen. It’s sad."

"Moved out of the states in April 2021 when I called into cancel my policy I thought that was it. Later I saw I was still being charged called and let them know. Thought it was handled then months later see I'm still being charged. Eventually nearly 13 months late I'm told By Thom that state farm will refund 1 of the 13 months premiums. The only thing that saved me was a single email where I could prove I had been trying to call them for months about stopping the billing. Now about 60 days later after being "approved" for my refund I still haven't gotten a check and I can't ever get a straight answer from anyone at the office. DO NOT CALL THIS OFFICE, YOU NEED AN EMAIL OR LETTER TO PROVE ANYHING TO THEM IN A DISPUTE!"
