"I had a UTI. They prescribed a 7 day course of antibiotics. The symptoms improved and it appeared the infection was gone. Unfortunately the problem rebounded. I went to get a refill and was informed they would charge me $60 for a new appointment. It is obvious that this quack shack under treats patients so they will have to come back for a second appointment. If you can, go somewhere else. They only have nurse practitioners and these folks are smart enough to work for a real doctor."

"I made an appointment online for an hour or so later in the evening. Got to the office, it was incredibly clean, the receptionist was very kind and patients were called back quickly. I sat for no more than a few minutes and was taken back by the CMA, who was very professional and attentive. Dr Barnes came in quickly with test results as a result of swabs done by the CMA; she listened to concerns, talked about my diagnosis and made a few comments on the best way to handle my illness. I never thought I’d say this, but I had an amazing experience. I will never go to another Urgent Care! These guys have set the bar for courteous, fast, thorough medical care! Wow!!!!"
