"They took over 15 mins to get our food and when we did our milkshakes and they are melted then they messed up one of our burgers. There were not even busy the dining area was nasty and dirty"

"This location can be a bit hit or miss depending on when you go. Definitely not the best Braum's I've been too but not the worst. We also buy all of our milk here. And for those who are not aware: the ice cream they sell in the grocery section IS NOT the same as the ice cream they serve from behind the counter, and it's nowhere near as good. An employee at this location asked my wife why we don't buy the ice cream in the grocery section (not randomly out of nowhere, I'm just starting the story here) and when she told her we don't buy it because it's not as good as the ice cream behind the counter and we don't like it she continuously argued that it was the same and would not let it go. It was as if she was trying to convince her to buy some ice cream we didn't want! But to end on a positive note, they usually do pretty well. The food is usually hot and fresh and the order is usually correct. Decent food at a decent price. I just can't recommend the tubs of ice cream from the grocery section."

"Service is really slow. I know it’s difficult scooping ice cream. Not sure who runs this shift but I can only assume it’s laziness or lack of training on managers to clean as they go. If the kitchen is this dirty I can’t imagine what the rest of the areas look like."
