"I just moved to this state from California. I have to drive almost an hour to get a Starbucks. Everyone here is really nice. The coffee and food are always what i ask for. "It took over 20 minutes for two drinks. They focused on drive through orders and proceeded mess up both drinks that I ordered. The staff was incompetent and proceeded to mess up two drive through orders while I was there as the people came in complaining that what they ordered wasn’t correct"
"Been there 2x. First time I got 4 pieces of ice in my ICED latte. I counted. And the next time they were out of vanilla syrup and sugar free vanilla worst Starbucks I’ve been too hands down"
"The manager here is awesome! If you have an issue she will do her best to make it right! Today I had questions about my shots and she poured me my regular 5 shots and then the ristretto and then a triple long shots! We went over the difference and how taste is a factor of left sit out for a long time! She also gave me the shots she poured for the little espresso class she gave me! For the most part everyone is nice and willing to fix any issues that I may have! We can all have a bad day that’s just life but they will do their best to fix anything! Thanks again for taking the time to teach me a little bit about espresso and the many forms we can order! Now to pick the one I like!"
