"Edit: after reading reviews I’m not the only one they were dishonest with about insurance coverage. The reviewers state they have spoke with billing and the reply states to contact billing?? The billing lady doesn’t live remotely close and has offered little help. I highly recommend avoiding this place. I took my daughter in a couple of months ago. They ran my insurance and I was told I had a copay. I knew I would so that was fine. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for over $300 and a notice that they weren’t in network. I’ve never been to a doctor that couldn’t run my insurance right then and tell me if I was in network or not so I’m very irritated that the receptionist didn’t inform me that I was out of network. The billing lady even confirmed they have yet to accept my insurance provider. Now I’m stuck between the billing lady supposedly trying to get ahold of the doctor and the doctor supposedly never returning her messages. I was super stressed with a sick kid so I definitely feel taken advantage of."
"Double check to ensure your insurance is in network, because they will take your insurance and your deductible but will not inform you that you will be on the hook for the whole bill because they do know follow through with ensuring you are in their network. Plus the charges are out of this world… I am very disappointed in this place. We will never go back. Because my child and bank account deserves better."
"I have came here twice with both of my infants and it has been a great experience each time! We have seen Dr. Madden both times and she is so informative and personable! We hope we get her again! I would recommend any parent that needs an urgent care to come here first. All of the staff is kind and helpful! The hours are great too because we all know sickness hits at anytime! Especially the evenings! 10/10 recommend!"
"My daughter needed to be seen for a deep cut on her thumb 15 minutes before they closed for the day. They did a fabulous job getting her calmed down and taking care of her cut, even staying 15 past close to see us. Everyone was super friendly and the Dr. explained everything fully and in an easy to understand way. They saved us a trip to Tulsa and several hours of waiting at the ER I’m sure. I highly recommend On Call Pediatrics Urgent Care!"
