"Great little story here, recently had to have some physical therapy, after my first session I plainly and promptly asked the receptionist “what do I owe you” and she responded “oh nothing right now”. After 4 visits I decided I no longer needed PT (thank god I skipped a few visits) and after about a month I now owe $650 for essentially stretching. I imagine the reason they don’t tell you upfront after the visit what you owe is because any sane rational human being would have stopped after a $150 PT session, but they just let unsuspecting patients rack up exorbitant amounts of medical debt. It’s a sick despicable world we’re living in where we’re put into debt for basic human needs to survive."

"I switched to this clinic when I was pregnant back in December of 2022. Vargas delivered my baby in June. I absolutely love Dr. Vargas and Kayla Frye, they are both sweet and knowledgeable. I was always pleased with my care. Until now. I have an issue I’ve been dealing with since before Thanksgiving. I was finally seen 12/12/23, test were ran and didn’t find the cause. The office said a follow up appointment was needed, but they didn’t have anything until 1/22/24. I took that appointment and when that day came, the office was closed due to weather. I called the next morning to reschedule and they said the soonest they had was 2/19/24. 3 months is a very long time to not be seen for a serious issue. And, the nurses and receptionists would only say “ we can’t control the weather”, like they hadn’t been putting off the appointment for months. I’ve switched back to my previous office and will no longer recommend this office."

"Scheduling an appointment for an urgent matter is not made a priority.. my husband fell and fractured his ribs. Our insurance just recently changes to allowbus to use UPC and he hadn't yet been able to get established with a doctor...his preferred doctor changed to established only after he selected his dr so we changed him to my dr but were told it would be 5 to 6 weeks before he could be seen regardless of the urgency. Hmmm I wonder why so many people go without the care they need....."

"I was skeptical of the reviews here, but since I live so close I thought I’d give it a try. My only complaint is that I tried to schedule 1-2 months in advance and was told I had to reschedule because my Dr. doesn’t like scheduling new patients online (even though it was an option on their app). I rescheduled for a date a month in the future. A couple of weeks before the appointment, I was told that dr. Is no longer taking new patients and no other dr. could see me on the scheduled date. Very frustrating, but I went ahead and scheduled with Nurse Practitioner Taylore Kusel and I was not disappointed. She made me feel listened to and really worked with me to find solutions to my health concerns. All of the staff was kind and sweet, in-person AND over the phone. The facility is clean and impressive. I’m very happy with my experience so far!"
