"For such an uncomfortable test I ended up having a positive experience. Michelle in registration greeted me with her 1000 watt smile and was so friendly and helpful. Khyra the technologist came out to get me right away and was so kind and knowledgeable. She explained everything as it was happening which eased my concerns and helped me with my anxiety . Before I knew it we were done and I am not going to be dreading next year’s mammogram. I really appreciate Integris hiring amazing people like Michelle and Khyra who clearly care about people and love what they do."

"Horrid experience! I needed a biopsy completed and in the room where we talked about what to expect, at no time did any of the three people tell me or show me the pop sound I would HEAR. At the time of getting this awful biopsy, I was told I would feel a pop and before I could comprehend what was happening, they did the pop. It scared me so much because it was right under my head, I jerked and it damaged me on the inside because the needle was still on the inside. After the second attempt was completed successfully and the sweet nurse did what I asked and applied a little pressure on my back in anticipation, I was able to leave. I did not get but a steri strip and two inches of gauze. Nothing was bound or wrapped for the bruising. I was not prescribed any medicine except told "You might need to take some Tylenol soon" as the lidocaine would wear off soon. After the fact, I spoke with a friend who had been through the same procedure and she was shown the instrument and it was demonstrated so she could hear the "pop" so as not to be scared. She was also bound with a bandage wrap, all things that would have been immensely beneficial."

"The appointment went well and the staff was really nice and helpful. However, it's been 2 weeks and do not have the results yet. I understand they are getting my previous ones because ones in file are 2D and not 3 or 4D and they want to see if "something" was there previously, or if it's something new. So, 2 weeks of not knowing if it's "something" or nothing just doesn't sit well with the patient."

"10/10 Everyone there is so kind and helpful. I had a biopsy done and was very nervous. I had Dr. groves and Cassie help me and they made my experience 1000% times better. They were very thorough and helped me feel comfortable during the process. Paige was also very kind on the phone! I very highly recommend!"

"I had my mammogram at a different time than I had my biopsy. The tech who did my mammogram was not gentle. On the day that I did my biopsy I was in a great mood. I was making jokes with the front desk staff and they called me back right on time. I had never seen a table like that before. I was told how to get up on the table and lay with my breast in the whole. The tech was talking alot to the other tech and I was forced to ask them if the doctor was in the room with us. The biopsies were going well although they had to stop and reapply numbing medication. This had to be done several times although I do not blame the doctor for this. The doctor was extremely thorough and I felt completely prepared for what was to come. The test was on a friday , today is Monday and my breast is completally black(as if it had been spray painted).My tests were returned to me extremely fast. In the end I would have to say the doctors and staff were very pleasant and helpful. If you only want perfection, keep shopping around. But I would recommend this clinic and I wish you the best."
