"I want to preface this review by saying that I am not the patient, but I accompanied the patient to the appointment and went with her to see what the doctor had to say. Now, to start with, the wait time was ridiculously long, especially considering this was supposed to be a first time consultation visit. Her appointment was at 2:15pm and we did not get back to see the doctor until 3:30pm (the nurse said there were a lot of emergency cases that were 'squeezed' in causing a back-up). The 'room' that we were placed in was no bigger than a cleaning closet and I thought that was a strange set-up, but shrugged it off. We waited about five more minutes and the doctor came breezing in, rattled off at 100 miles an hour about what my mom's options for her back pain were and was ready to leave less than five minutes later when my mom stopped him and asked him specifically what was going on with her back. He rattled off the issues and again, told her she could have surgery (rods and screws, as he put it) or get shots in her back, her choice. There was no professionalism at all in his attitude and frankly, I thought he came across very cocky. He actually acted like he was on the way to do emergency surgery and we were some mere annoyance to be gotten rid of as soon as possible. I have to say that I was highly disappointed in him as a so-called neurological professional, especially given that he came so highly recommended by my mom's arthritis care team and the website for the Mercy Neuroscience Institute has such high ratings for him. Well, I am an honest person, so I'm sorry, but that was a disappointment all around and I rate it as such."

"Waited two months or the appointment. Drove two hours to get there. Waited two hours to see the doctor. He spent about two minutes telling me he didn't know what the cause of my problem is. Will not return or recommend."
