"This place doesn't exist anymore. Sherman doesn't have 2 bath and bodys anymore. The other one is by Target. It won't accept my edits that this one is permanently closed."
"Me and my mother went into the bath and body works in midway mall..Upon entering we were not greeted by the two workers that were there. We were the only two people in the store at the moment..well as we were shopping not one time did any one come ask did we need help or tell us what the sale was.. nothing.. I had all my items ready to pay. Well a group of ladies walked in and they were immediately greeted and and told all about what was on sale. I am very big on customer service.. I was highly disappointed. I put all my items down and loudly said to my mother. Let's go I am sure I can get better customer service from the BBW in town center. That's where I went. I will never step foot in the BBW in the mall ever again."
"What a cute little Bath & Body Works location. The employees here are super friendly, even though it is located in a less than desirable Mall the location itself is quite well-stocked, friendly and appealing. Can't find what you're looking for? There is a helpful employee just a few feet away. I will say that the hand-washing station was not up to par but because the employees were so helpful and polite and new wench back off and give us our breathing room I give this location five stars."
"Olivia was so helpful! I hope her manager appreciates how great she is with customers after I was blown off by another employee. I can't wait for the move! They even pulled stuff out for me that had just come in on their truck."
