"Some of the staff are not very friendly. Sunday, we went to purchase 2 pairs of boots and thought they closed at 7pm. It was 6:45 and the gentleman at the door said, "Sorry, we close in 15 mins", and wasn't going to let us in. So, I told our group lets go down the road to Boot Barn; they're open till 7pm. Well, that triggered something in ginger, because he said, "NO, don't go there!" and decided to go ahead and let us in. It was a 15min shopping trip and we're in/out quicker than some guy who was in there previously shopping! I'm just glad I don't wear western boots so I will never have to deal with Dennard's door bouncer again!"
"From the awesome smell of leather to the pretty ladies working. This is the best country store in town, bit pricy but they're organized and have good store layout."

"This is a nice western wear store. I went in with the family for the first time. My son was wanting a pair of Hey Dudes. He found him a pair and my wife bought her another pair. Some of the prices are a little high but overall it is a nice store. The staff are friendly and help full. The girl that helped my son and wife went over the top helping them."
