"I called to ask a question about a UPS delivery to the store. All I can say is the young guy that answered the phone is rude. I say close down all the CVS locations. No one likes them..the people in the pharmacies are rude (all of them). They closed several around the city…there is a reason. Find another pharmacy."

This guy Sat at the window for 39 minutes because he was having "insurance issues" ok then they need to drive around and get back in line while they work it out this is rediclious. I was on the phone for over an hour waiting they will not help you. This is the third month in a row I have had trouble with them and I will no longer deal with it. "This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. If you like headaches and stress, this is the place for you. They deserve 5 negative stars. My husband has had prescriptions filled for at least a year. Incidents ranging from telling me they didn't even know who my husband is, to coding the medication incorrectly, not putting in our insurance, increasing the cost of the prescriptions and telling me the reason why my husband's life saving prescriptions weren't filled on time, was because of a contradiction, "odd young man, since it hasn't been for a year now''.Obviously they were incorrect and making excuses. I finally got my husband on board with transferring his prescriptions. I transferred them last month. CVS filled his scripts anyway. So I had to jump through hoops to get that corrected. Hopefully as of now, my husband's prescriptions are copacetic. We went to Moore RX and they are phenomenal. Professional. Friendly. Competent. Go there and enjoy a wonderful experience and avoid this place like the plague."
