"I ordered on line and the product on December 8th and 5 days later has not shipped and they will not let me cancel my order. Just shipped on December 19th and will be delivered December 23"

"Wow unbelievable I have never had bad service here ever until today !! The lady that was behind the counter was rude ! The name on her receipt is Trisha . Never smiled never ask me how I was , never said hi , matter fact her nose was so up in the air with a mad look on her face. I was going to purchase some more things but I walked out I felt as if I was bugging her and she wanted me to leave . Never again !! Maurice’s if your sales numbers are down and they keep decreasing every month . I hope you look into your staff there . I love this company I live to shop here but not no more online or another store I will go. I hope you look internally for your profit and why you might not be profitable monthly"

"I spend quite a bit of money at Maurice's often and I love the store and the customer service but this location in Moore was very disappointing and not the norm at all. I was never greeted when I walked in, not that big of a deal just not normal. No one asked if I wanted a dressing room, I had to address them to get one. They never checked on me to see if I needed anything in a different size or needed help at all at any point. When I left not one word was spoken to me it's like I didn't even exist while I was in that store shopping. Keep in mind I was one of the only people in the entire store when I first got there went to the dressing room and up to the point where I left. Not sure what the difference is at this location but I'm definitely not a fan and definitely won't be back. The two girls who were working there were far from pleasant welcoming and they definitely didn't seem like they were there to care to help you or do their job."

"The staff at this location used to be fabulous. Now they are too busy chatting with each other to care about the customers. The previous employees were so awesome. They would come up to you while shopping and take the clothes that the customer was carrying and open up a dressing room for them. They would periodically check on the customer while in the dressing room and get any other sizes they might need. Now, you don’t hear one word from the employees. Not even during checkout. Not even a thank you. Nope, they just keep chatting away to each other. I really needed to find out if they had my size in some jeans that I wanted, but didn’t want to interrupt them."

"Employees are very nice & professional. The day I went, they made me feel special, like an old or new friend. I shop here any chance I get, when I have extra money. I love & have a lot of their clothes. They have sizes for most people. They also have shoes & accessories."
