"Horrible! This place has no sense of direction and they always blame stuff on other employees. Had intake done and told the intake lady I would be out of meds by Sunday….she did not schedule me an appointment nor did she do a med intake to make sure I was not going to be off my meds. Got a voicemail stating that I had an appointment at 8am this morning. Went to the office and was told that I didn’t have an appointment, I was on standby. When asked to make an actual appointment to see the dr I was told that’s not our job we just check people in. I was then handed a card to call to make an appointment. When I called, I was made aware that I have a scheduled appointment on April 2nd….i did not schedule this visit nor was I aware of the appointment. After working with Denton County, I thought it would be the same easy process but at Grayson county TCC, no one wants to do their job."

"This place is nothing but a headache . Drs is okay but they change everything . One time your have a Dr next time different one that goes for the caseworkers also I had 3 different caseworkers in a 2 month time . I ask why the caseworker said to many case loads.also they make appointments you go and sit there for hours in waiting room and than they come out say they cant see you ."

"You Really have to put in work if you want the help...But....if just One counselor, One "rss coach", or even the supervisor of the program does not like any little thing about you(your personality in general)...they will Kick You Right Off The program and will find a small simple reason to justify it. Truly Caring about your well-being....idk about that. The place is okay overall..a few bad apples, but that's everywhere you go!"

"I was sent here after a week at the behavioral center in may. At my intake appointment with a social worker I saw one who told me he would be able to help me with everything I needed done and after that I saw a different social worker. She was extremely nice and understanding but was unable to do anything the initial worker said could be done. I also messaged her asking to be able to do virtual appointments since I’m struggling with my physical health and only my first of three messages have been answered. I have been off my meds for almost a month because I’m currently unable yo make calls and I haven’t had a response from the social worker for help setting up an appointment with my doctor. The doctor who prescribed my meds also seemed to ignore when I told her that any medication I’ve tried that wasn’t solely for insomnia is treatment in the past hasn’t worked in the long term"

"I went here for 3 years after a mental break in 2019. I was in the First Episode Psychosis program. I put a lot of time and effort into my recovery here and do value that. I wish that my husband's care had been handled better the whole time he was enrolled as well. His case manager rarely got back to him at all if he knew who his case manager was. Level of care one case managers regularly have over 100 cases (people) on their caseload. I don't blame the case managers. This establishment can do better than they do with the funding they get."
