"I saw Emmanuel for insomnia every mth since May. Have had depression for 30 yrs see psychologist i've never ever been made to do a UA every single visit, so humiliating. He treated me like a drug addict have never used drugs/alcohol. However they do like their $$ before you even see anyone. What a waste of $$$. I self paid $700. for him to put me on 4 different meds (try this, etc.) saying "next visit we'll try Lunesta" the next and the next visit avoiding giving me Lunesta or something that would actually work. Then this mth calls in the wrong medication on purpose. A Nurse Practitioner not even a Psychologist. RIDICULOUS!"

"When I say this doctor office has changed my child's life drastically that is exactly what I mean. The ladies at the front desk go above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we need as a patient or the mother of. They always talk to me so nice even if they are having a bad day theirselves they are very respectful and they make sure your child's needs are taken care of this is the absolutely best office I have ever taken my child to for mental health needs it really means a lot when you're dealing with a mental health child because at any day they could end their life and you feel like you are fighting the battle alone but you don't feel that way at this doctor's office the therapist and the doctor doctor Emmanuel to be exact has made a huge difference on everything we really appreciate all they do and the ladies at the front desk do not get paid enough because they are absolutely incredible and they are way more than a receptionist and I hope that Candice gets brought back down soon because her being at the checkout desk has definitely saved my attitude and mental health myself many days these ladies actually care about you"

"I haven't even made it to the actual office yet however, I called to schedule an apt and was immediately patched through to their hold message. After 5 minutes, somebody came on and asked if I can hold. After another 15 minute hold I hung up. Apparently they have a scheduling service for their offices based at another location. The "scheduling service" hold message claims they are top notch and because they are simply the scheduling service means they can direct all of their attention to scheduling. Well if a 20 minute hold just to get a live person to schedule the apt is top notch, clearly they need to look at who they have hired because they are not living up to their mission statement. That was a bit much."

"I have been very happy with the care I've gotten here. As I have multiple illnesses, I have been referred to appropriate specialists and my PCP maintains contact with them to follow my care. She is always willing to listen to my suggestions for care and does not dismiss me as a "doddering old woman"."

"It is the best to go to visits on time doctor never misses she's just one of the best and her staff is just amazing. DFW is the best in this local area I highly recommend it. My kids medicine is called in right on time never have to wait for it the staff is just amazing. I would recommend DFW to anyone"
