"Staff and Dr are polite. Went in for a fall. Xrayed my wrist and found no break. Sent me for an MRI. Wouldn't tell me the results for the next 2 days, but was able to get the results from my chiropractor within a few hours. The clinic gave no splint and no pain pills. The chiropractor was able to tell me that I also broke a rib and tore my rotator cuff. The clinic couldn't recommend an orthapedic guy, just said I needed one and should google it and call around. No one could see me for 2 weeks, but my chiropractor was able to get me in to one in just 3 days."
"Waited for 2 hours and when finally called the nurse was very rude and had a tone. We could hear them gossiping and laughing outside the bathroom door as he was in the restroom submitting a sample. My husband nicely asked them to step away from the door so he could have more privacy and they started laughing. After that we waited in the patient room for another 45 min just for the doctor to come in!! Don’t recommend this place."
"Dr.MacDonald is a wonderful doctor who truly cares about his patients. The facility is beautiful and very clean. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. I am always treated with respect and kindness at every visit."
