"While finding a physician is a highly personal thing, I highly recommend Dr Russell's office at URPG. I see his nurse practitioner, Tosha, and always receive stellar care from her and her nursing team. I also recommend the NP in neurology, Tammy. Everyone, from the staff at the front door to the doctors, has been great in my experience. One caveat, I did have a negative experience with one doctor, but he is no longer there. He moved out of our area."

"I'm upset URPG PRIMARY CARE! The female doctor doesn't know what to do? Or don't want to help me out with my sickness? To me sounds like she was saying I need to set here go through it with out medical WOW I been through the same sickness before and I went to other clinics they help me out with medicals I needed. How gonna sent your customer home with no help? Waste of money and time. SMH"
"Dr.Mai is completely unprofessional and rude. Does not care about patients that are from a different background. One could even say she is racist, furthermore one of the worst doctors I have ever experienced."
