"Our family has used TPG pediatrics in Sherman for 2 years and they have the best care in the area! We looked around quite a bit after moving and we loved the atmosphere. When we take our kids here all the staff is always so pleasant and seem to genuinely care!"

"This place is awesome! I’m so glad there’s finally a place in town that is large enough to take care of all the kids that there are in our area! And they do a great job at it! On top of that, they run an urgent care clinic after school/after work hours when you come home to little emergencies that need to be dealt with before dinner and bed. Tonight mine happened at 7:50pm! I called to see how late they saw these patients and they told me they had 10 minutes until they closed. I live a couple blocks away and they encouraged me to come on in if I could get there in time. I did, and they brought my son right back to address the problem! We weren’t sure if we had a bone injury or just some sort of sprain, but I needed the answer fast. Dr. Lipscomb took plenty of time to review my son‘s x-ray and go over it with us and listen to my son‘s story about what happened and show us the x-ray and what was going on. He did not rush. He did not make me feel in a hurry. He wrapped my son’s hand and had him comfortable almost instantly. He gave us our plan of action and sent us on our way by 8:30 PM at the latest. I would’ve been in the ER for several more hours have they not answered the phone and let us run up there. It would’ve been a long miserable night. I am so grateful that they offer that service so people can get back to what’s important. Thank you again to all the staff, nurses whom I message in the portal regularly, and who quickly respond, or Refill or what not and thank you to the doctors that take such good care of our children! "My wife called and made my son an appointment for 1:50 PM. I made sure we arrived and checked in before his appointment time. At 2:15 p.m., I asked why it was taking so long to get my son to the back. I was told there were several people still in front of us who needed to be seen. I came back up at 2:20 p.m. to see how much longer it would be before my son got seen. I let the receptionist know we had an appointment at 1:50 p.m. The receptionist told me it was because there were walk-ins in front of me. I asked the receptionist why they were taking walk-ins before people who booked appointments. I was told the walk-ins arrived before me so they get seen first. I was also told this in an urgent care facility. I told her that they needed to just do walk-ins and not book appointments if this is how they were going to run the clinic. I was told I could have my appointment rescheduled for tomorrow. I told the receptionist I was here because my son was sick and needed to be seen. I was finally taken to the back at 2:32 p.m. It still took the doctor over 30 minutes to see my son. I understand this is an urgent care facility, but don't book appointments if you're not going to honor them. If I were to show up 40 minutes late to my appointment, it would be canceled, and I would have to reschedule it. But when it's the clinic, who's 40 minutes behind your scheduled appointment, they tell you that you have to just sit there and be patient. This is ridiculous."

"Super thankful to have this urgent care in our community. What a convenience to be able to see someone specialized in my kiddos care over the weekend and evenings. Not to mention the staff here go above and beyond each visit. I love referring friends and family here when they are in need."

"I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. It has met a tremendous need for our community. I have had to utilize the after hour urgent care multiple times. Kids randomly get sick on the weekends and to be able to get ahead of the storm is everything for this momma!"
