"Most of the staff are very nice but went in for an appointment at 9am didn’t get seen until 930 ish to check my vitals. Mind you there was only one or two walk in patients that was seen first than me. I’ve waited over an hour to get seen by the doctor. They could do a little better since they actually charged me first and that I had an appointment that doesn’t require a diagnosis or any sort. And the nurse or practitioner that actually seen me was busy talking a storm outside. She finally decided to come in and complete my appointment and she sounded a little smart about my exam.I told her I’m aware of my situation and the way she responded kind of made me upset but didn’t said anything. What I don’t understand is that you are here to do your job not talk obnoxiously loud while your patients can hear you and are waiting."

"I typically do not post reviews but I had to for this visit. Although the cost to get in was high because I had not met my deductible yet, it was totally worth it!! After struggling with persistent symptoms for over two weeks and feeling discouraged by previous visits to other doctors, I was relieved to find Dr. Baxter. The office was super quick to accommodate me without a long wait at all, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The nurse specifically was also amazing. Dr. Baxter’s expertise was evident from the start, as she quickly identified the source of my symptoms and provided a treatment plan that would hopefully bring me relief (extra mile!). Additionally, the facility was very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. What I appreciated most was Dr. Baxter’s compassionate approach. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and ensure I left there with some sort of piece of mind. And let me tell you - I DID! In conclusion, my visit to Dr. Kathy Baxter was a breath of fresh air. If you’re looking for a doctor who is not only knowledgeable but also efficient, compassionate, and works in a friendly and clean environment, I highly recommend Dr. Baxter."
