"My Dad liked him while he was in his care. My Dad is no longer with us and in my opinion Dr. Evans and his office could have done a better job with communication regarding his needs. Also, they had no compassion after when I needed the death certificate signed. They said since he died somewhere else they would only consider signing it which is another word for lazy. It's definitely not the kind of treatment you'd want after you just lost someone."
