"Worst customer service on the planet. 1 car in drive through. Waited over 10 minutes before acknowledged while 1 employee was outside smoking. Then heard little Miss attitude on the open mic. If you're going to talk trash about your customers, make sure your mic is off. Will NEVER be back to that ghetto fabulous Braums. I love Braums, but THIS store won't see me again."
"Went through the drive thru and was told I Needed to pull forward to wait on my food, which is fine. But I tried to ask the girl at the window to include additional sauce in my bag when she brought it out, as I started talking she slammed the window closed. Because I’m too nice, I decided I wouldn’t ask for it once she walked my food out to my car because I didn’t want her to have to bring it out to me a second time. Once I got home I realized NONE of the sauce the meal comes with was in the box."
"Customer service is great, the staff is friendly. I use the market more than anything else because they're in the neighborhood. My only con is the fresh produce is not always stocked or the freshest. But my recent visits have shown notable improvements, so kudos for responding to whoever prompted the changes!"
