"Staff over phone are rude. Last time I went to my doctor with Blakeburn Clinic my doctor didn’t listen to me about my asthma. I ended up in the ICU with exacerbated asthma and almost died. Fellow asthmatics need to look elsewhere for proper asthma treatment."

"Explain to me how a family is denied medical care over a $60 bill that I had no clue about? Because I NEVER received a bill or anything regarding it. They never tried to contact me by mail or email and it's same email. They won't see my children or myself and I can kind of understand not seeing me as a patient but my children?! I even offered to pay it in full immediately once I was notified of the bill and was still denied care. You do realize our insurance covers the appointments right? Absolutely immature and childish. Also I'll say it one more time, I NEVER got a bill and did not know about it until I tried to schedule. They also don't notify you of said financial policies.. my mother is a patient here and never has received that information. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
