"Beware I was charged for services services at the time of my appointment I paid with my debit card a month later I get a bill for over a $100 more. Call customer service spoke to supervisor by the name of Larissa I was told there's nothing they could do for me. Beware because on your receipt supposedly it says if they decide to do any more testing after you leave they can and will charge you for it. So off the small claims court to file against these people."
"I have visited this lab many times. I’m a very difficult draw with only Right hand available. They are always professional, gentle, and thorough. Never have I been hurt or disappointed, and I’ve heard this from many people including my family. My wait 5-10 min max."

"This place is horrible. They are incredibly rude and just nasty people running it. Would not recommend having anything to do with this place. I was there to get blood work for my life insurance. Wish I could give them a negative score. I guess common courtesy and decency is something they don't practice at this company."
"There is only one person working in this place I have been here for 20 min and she has only taken one person back. You would think they could hire more than one person to answer phones, draw blood, and do urine tests. I will do my best to never come back here again. I would rather drive an hour than sit here for two. :("
