"My Wife and I brought our pup here and Dr. Lacy and the staff were great. Not only was he seen and treated very quickly, but we were given an expectation of what to look for in the coming days. Thanks Lacy Veterinary Clinic!"

"I was not impressed at all. Had just moved to town and needed an evaluation on my Yorkie for an ongoing odor despite having anal glands recently drained by a groomer. They were able to get me right in which was nice. The waiting room was empty, clean and quiet. Unfortunately for them, I could easily hear them in the back room discussing and laughing about my reason for coming in. I chose not to let on that I heard them. Wasn’t worth my time to address their childish, unprofessional behavior. Although in hindsight, it should’ve been a clue as to how the rest of the appointment would go. I was put in a room where Dr Lacy proceeds to ask why I was there. I tell him about the persistent smell, he says it must be anal glands and he gets a paper towel, drains a little and declares that the groomer must not have expressed them. No examination of any kind. Arrogant attitude and charged me $50. Since the smell persisted, Dr Conley at Main Street Veterinary worked me in. He was so kind. He actually put gloves on and did an exam, promptly diagnosing a blocked anal gland. Only one side was draining. He charged me zero that day. We brought my baby back in for anesthesia to unblock the gland and fill it with antibiotics. They ended up keeping her overnight. The total was $150. But honestly, I would’ve paid more for his respectful treatment of my dog and myself. It’s been several months and she’s had no recurring problems. I do not recommend Dr Lacy."

"Dr. Lacy and his staff are always very thorough when they examine an animal. Very caring and concerned when it comes to you and your pet. And Dr Lacy and his staff are very kind and polite when you go in. And they explained everything in detail of what's going on with your animal or pet"

"Pets are the bottomless pit no one tells you about. The movies show love, cuddles, and companionship. What they don’t show is that properly caring for a pet might as well be putting a child through Harvard. LVC makes the process less painful. Don’t get me wrong, financially it will hurt. But dealing with kind and friendly staff makes in bearable. The only thing I wish they could do is set up a text reminder of some kind to let crazy people like us, know when something is due."

"Everyone at this clinic were extremely kind and professional. I had trouble finding someone to see my dog and not wait "until sometime next week". Dr Lacy waited on me to drive over an hour. He was matter of fact and honest about the prognosis. The two ladies helping him were exceptional. The receptionist cleaned up my dogs urine, not just a little bit either. The assistant held my sick dog like she was her own. I would drive an hour for this kind of care anytime."
