"Was here for 8 months when I was younger. This place did not help. The staff were terrible and the councilors for the girls were soooo awful. They picked favorites to the girls that faked the program and pretended to work the steps. Those that needed help were berraded and made to feel like failures with no hope."

"This place is nothing but gates of hell they need to go through arrest the staff beaten my child. His face swollen punched repeatly his eyes are dark try destroy my son over weight . He has never been fat always skinny quack doctors need to be put in jailed and terminate their license. Why keep giving him medicine hazardous to his health and shaking was over injected and strap down then drug up never let your child go. I feel sorry for him prayer they release him stop taken advantage mental health patience he look age 10 yrs more. Always look young the psychologist will not listening keep repeatly giving wrong medicine a frightening situation. Abuse their patients secretly an give medicine make them aggressively and dangerous. Psychotic medicine isnt no good it just keep zone out. If I could rate lower this is abuse and negligence . He look worst and scare. They're going to release my son immediately it's so sad they pop a pill down his throat and those restraints to put on him. I'm so worried pray he gets out of there safely a bunch quack working there.and committed malpractice."

"My son was transferred to North Texas State Hospital about 2 weeks ago. So far, I have talked via phone to several of the staff members and they all seemed to be very polite and professional. I especially like talking with his social worker. Praying all goes well for my son and that he learns the skills he needs while there. I will follow up several months from now to give additional feedback."

"Staff treat patients like dirt they hate their jobs Jeff Bearden programs supervisor the second person in charge of the hospital and Jim Smith superintendent of the hospital are lazy set in their ways do not listen to staff or the patients horrible place I was there a little over four years. Some of the staff intentionally set off patients and try to bait them into fights nothing gets done and no course of action is ever taken one staffs word is gold and the campus full of patients who are treated horribly."
