"I’m not happy about their customer service. When I went to get my exam, it was very slow and the tech really didn’t know what she was doing!! when I called to order my contacts my prescription needed to be verified by the doctor and I was supposed to get a call back and never did! I had to call back a week later to order contacts. I had a friend go to Vernon yesterday to pick up my contacts and the place was closed early."
"Joann that runs the front desk is a blessing. She went out of her way after I broke my glasses and was left with out a back up. She got me a set of frames to use and set me up with an appointment to see the eye dr as quickly as possible. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Got my eyes checked first part of April. Had some problem with my insurance, they'd only pay for the exam. Not a problem. After several phone calls over a months time, I was finally able to get a copy of my prescription. As of this post, May 15, I have yet to receive a call back with the price of the frames I picked out and the lenses I required."
