"Food was great, the only thing that really threw me off was the way the manger was treating her employees and the baby roach that was up on my table while I was trying to eat. Almost lost my appetite because of that little insect. (Update) This situation was resolved and handled accordingly by the higher ups. I will be returning to this location due to such a high regard for guests and attentiveness towards possible issues in the store."
"Ordered turkey bacon ranch with ranch on the side on a go-go order. Got a wimpy sandwich with just barely any turkey, cheese, one onion slice, and a TON of ranch. Sandwich was soggy and thin. Felt like I was ripped for what I paid for. No lettuce, tomato, or bacon."
"Absolutely fantastic. Wow! He got the Italian and it was Steak and Cheese for me. We agree it's AMAZING! The medium is an order of Big, Stuffed subs with the toppings just right! And LOOK at that wheat bun! Yum!"
"Really friendly staff. They were patient and nice as can be. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were not good. They were terribly bland. We had a Turkey bacon ranch, which was ok, an Italian, which was Very bland, despite the mustard and Italian dressing, and a steak and cheese, which also lacked flavor. The lettuce tasted old and we ended up picking it off the sandwiches. We've tried firehouse twice and it was the same experience both times. Great service, but not sandwiches"
