"My experience as a vendor or consignor was unfair and almost like a scam. I brought 12 items to the Durant store and the owner assisted me with my contract. Anyways, my clothes were not put out the same day as I was told; when I went into the store a few days later I was told that my items would be put out the FOLLOWING MONTH due to seasons change. My contract does not list my specific items so I don't believe they ever intended to pay me or give my items back. I was also charged for the month that my clothes were not even out for purchase. I never saw any of my clothes in either store, none of my items sold, I owe them like $25 and meanwhile I cant even get my clothes back because no one knows what the heck is going on. One pair of shoes had a retail value of $600. I am going crazy about this because I sell used clothing to make ends meet and this is a huge loss to me. I may be pursuing the matter through the courts because I have called multiple times and no one has been able to assist me and the owner has never called me like I was promised."
