Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

"This was the second time to eat at Lawton,Ok restaurant. The food was extremely poor T best. Tonight the fish appeared to have been freezer burned as was the fried okra. Worst food ever & will not try a third time. I’m done eating at Cracker Barrel."

"To cut to the chase, I got food poisoning. I ordered the sampler plate and in addition to the food poisoning, the kitchen kept forgetting part of my meal. The server came out and asked where my carrots were. And I didn’t really know how to respond to that so I said I didn’t get them. The server returned and said, “didn’t you get broccoli?” I said I ordered it and then he went back again to get it. The staff was polite but all in all I really hope the quality improves."

"Worst service I've ever experienced, went there early morning before 8am no one came to my table. The place was empty. Two customers came in after me ,they were greeted with service immediately, while I was still waiting to be served. Had to address waiter before being acknowledged. By the way I'm black and the two customers at the other 2 tables were white. What a coincidence. One star is the lowest I can rate my experienced.The wait time for your meal is always extra long,,even when the place is almost empty, when I finally received my breakfast it was Luke warm, I like my food hot when it comes to my table, that's not asking too much, especially when it cost me almost $20.00 .I'm a big tipper sadly, I couldn't tip the waiter for the lousy service I received."

"I would give a big far zero for stars If I could. I love Cracker Barrel, and I am very easy to please. My experience here was awful on 3 occasions. Missing 80 percent of my order on a delivery order where I had to get out and get food elsewhere for the rest of my family who didn't get there meals, Luckily they didn't miss anything bc turns out the food was so incredibly salty it literally was not edible. No joke. On 2 occasions. It was like pulling teeth to even get a comp for my three meals drinks and desert, but was out the money for the food I could not eat. Wait was super long for everything. Even waited 25 minutes when they gave me two diet drinks that I had to turn around and drive 10 min back to wait 25 to get my drinks replaced. I have two requirements; that I get what I pay for and that my food is at least edible. Preferably good but at least freaking edible. That is how easy I am to please. Horrible experience."

"Had about a 15-minute wait to be seated. Our server was a bit discombobulated, but it may have just been because it was Saturday and the place was so busy. The food was fantastic! Steak was cooked to perfection! The biscuit beignets were nothing special (just biscuits rolled in sugar and served with syrup)."
