"Pros: clean location, employees seemed generally happy to actually have a job and work, the sweet tea was good Cons: location seems cramped inside, food came out with only half our order (employee made right), freeze machine wasn’t turned on in the morning so at sucked, food was ok at best, we stopped eating and walked out once we found about a 3-6 inch hair in our quesadilla."

"If you go inside, good luck. Drive thru was backed up, so I went inside. Ordered thru the kiosk and waited 10 minutes... not a word from anyone! They must think they are still on Covid hours... ZERO of 5 stars - NOT reccomended!"

"Unlike other reviewers, I've never had an issue with the service at this Taco Bell. Folks tend to be friendly and I haven't experienced issues with my order. What I've noticed lately is a sharp increase in pricing. A month ago a chicken burrito on the value menu would run you $2. Now the same burrito is $2.50. Last week the last thing on the menu for $1 was the cheesy bean and rice burrito. This week that same burrito is $1.50. A 50% price hike in a week? What is the management thinking? Taco Bell has always existed as my go to value restaurant for years, especially to refuel after a workout. Now I'll have to look elsewhere since owners believe massive price increases over short periods is a valid business strategy. I'd recommend researching your customer cohort. This is Lawton, OK, not Los Angeles, CA. A "$3 or less" value menu is no value at all, especially for the amount and quality of the food."

"They never seem to get the order correct when going through drive-thru. Ordered food with no cheese, but almost everything had cheese on it. It's not hard to read the order and then make it the way it was requested and paid for to be done. Also, they don't seem to give a receipt in drive thru either. Go to the one on gore...its better."

"This place needs some serious management review. It's close to me so I've tried them a few times but am ALWAYS disappointed. Firstly, let's make full taco. Cutting corners to possibly save money isn't going to continue bringing business! They're ALWAYS out of Dr. Pepper. At what point are they going to get their ordering figured out. Today my soft shell supreme's were so empty it was ridiculous and the lettuce was nasty, like it'd previously been frozen. Zero stars today!"
