"Well we have come to this sonic M-F everyday to get at least drinks for the last 3 months and wow there is a black suv always parked in the 1st stall with a female inside ALWAYS... they love to scan your order saying they are on the way and you finally get the order about 5 minutes later.. they never give sweet tea its always unsweet tea with a little sweet tea added (i think we got full sweet tea twice maybe). And the food is always hit or miss."

"The customer service is awful. I have always used the Sonic app and ordered ahead. Every other Sonic I do this at I get quick and excellent service. Not here. It one time took 30 mins for order to come out. Even when it’s just drinks and not many people there it takes soooo long. Now we just drive to Wichita when we want sonic."

"I think the employees need a lesson in customer service. Always some snotty girls working evenings. Never gave a good experience with them. Tonight they were extremely slow and I ordered mobile. I was there about 20 minutes before the screen said my drinks were on there way. And 10mins after to actually have them delivered. Better to go in the mornings...."

"I normally go here and everything is fine and yes I know I’m only doing the 2 for 5$ so I don’t need to expect filet mignon or anything but seriously the thing is so short and so thin it ain’t even worth the 2.50 of its portion of the 5$ severely upset with this I wouldn’t have even spent the money had I know this was the bullsh!t that I was going to get. It’s shorter than a medium cup!!"
