"For the most part employees are nice. Some could be bothered less to help & some barely give the time of day. They NEVER carry a particular bird food I need. I've asked if they would stock more & they tell me they don't order I can go to website & do it myself.. Well if I'm going to have to do it myself, I'll go Amazon. At least they ship free & quick & always have it. They also say they aren't in charge of stocking, that corporate does that...even if you are a regular customer who using a large amount. Doesn't seem to matter. Like I said, there are some nice workers but don't expect any extra customer service from management, it's not happening."
