"I would rate it zero or less. Let's state why. Absolutely unorganized and never get your order correct. They don't even care if you have food allergies they go ahead and pile it right on there. Food is never cooked properly. Fries are literal mushy and under cooked. As well as the nuggets. Everything is half cooked and rushed. And the male that was manager on duty when I called and said why would u put onions on after someone claimed they have an allergy. Instead he made excuses and still never cared about the allergy itself. They all need proper training and have a corporate come in and make sure they are educated and trained correct. If you hate your job that much go elsewhere"
"How come when I put a mobile order in, they only bring out food to people in the drive-thru. I wait 20 minutes for mediocre food at best after people who pulled in after me to be served first. Didn’t even get a straw or napkins, drink isn’t even remotely near the top of the cup, and fries were cold when they handed them to me. Meanwhile they go back and forth to the same car next to me 4 different times and make sure they have everything they need. Horrible way to run a business."
"Overall a great location. The service is generally fast and order delivery is accurate. However, someone in this McDonald’s managment team implements a policy of automatically upsizing and up charging orders at the drive thru. Even when we explicitly state “medium” they select large. It isn’t ethical to do that. So watch out."
