"Chicken livers were VERY over cooked. Mac & cheese tasted old. I always look forward to the livers and usually very good. My first time at the location. Unhappy after paying $20.00 for an overcooked meal."
"Loved the service from an elder server David. He was so nice and kind. The food was good, however the chicken was just little to crispy. On another note, The women from the back was rude to David. I think she was his manager. Don't like the disrespect she gave him. The TV was on playing way to loud for us. David keep up the hard work. 5 stars goes to you"
"There was a hidden 3.5% charge for using my credit card. After I paid my receipt said I could have paid $16.45 instead of $17.03. The sign on the counter was turned around and you could not tell what it was. I was even shorted my side of okra and did not find out til I drove 1 hour home. No other place I spent money had a card fee only Chicken Express. I will be disputing the 58 cents charge and the fact I did not get the okra. Not ever going to that place again. The 3 fish fillets were not much to brag about either. For $17.03 I feel I did not get a good deal. Bought burgers @ 2 other restaurants to go and got alot of food for $10 and no card fee charge. Not doing business with any place that only wants cash. Cash you can adjust how much you really make versus credit cards that have money trail."
"Love the food but more than half the time no one knows what “no gravy” means. Now I have to scoop out the gravy and am left with half empty bowl of mash potatoes."
