"I was a student studying abroad by myself. I had a first car accident ever in my life, and I didn't know what to do at all. Because my parents were back in my home country, I had no one to help. I didn't have a phone, but it was a busy time of the semester, so I couldn't keep asking my friend to borrow her phone. I tried to find someone who can communicate with me only through email.
