"HORRIBLE customer service!! I agree with the other reviews here, the clerk clearly hates their job and people. They need to be fired immediately and find a job that is not in customer service or doesn’t deal with people. Being snarky and rude to customers doesn’t help anyone in a retail store."

"I had three Amazon returns, 1 that could have been dropped off anywhere as I had it in a box and printed the label, the other two I had to go to a UPS store for them to scan a QR code and package and label and send for me. I was worried as the reviews were pretty poor, but besides a short wait as there were 7 customers and one person up front at first, once it was my turn, they scanned my QR codes put my items in a bag and I was out within a couple minutes! So I had a really decent experience when I went in."
"I came here with my friend and the woman who works the counter has a terrible attitude. She always tries to find some reason why she can't help someone. Why she is allowed to still work there is beyond me. All the reviews praising her are fake."
