"Long wait . Your appointment means nothing. Guards are lazy. The restroom is in the middle building where you drop your trailer in the back. Look for a blue door and it leads down stairs to a locker room."
"I've picked up here several times. Usually no issues. However, I had a drop here Wed and was supposed to be loaded at 2300 Wed. Dropped my load at 1730 and parked in the dirt lot to wait on my load. They said may not be ready till next morning. Np, I'll get my break in. It's currently 1830 Friday and they just told me when i called that it won't be ready till sometime tomorrow. So now I'm stuck in this lot for going ok 3 days. Gotta try to get off this load...losing to much money sitting here. Especially with no facilities."
"Zero stars. Arrived at 0700 for a 1030 appt. Told to wait in the dirt lot around the corner because it wasn't ready so it would be a live load. 0230 the next morning they called to tell me they'd loaded it into a trailer. Almost 20 hours after I arrived. Dirt lot has no facilities at all for drivers so break out the buckets and jugs because you WILL be there a LONG time"
"I had to wait over 39hrs in dirt lot to get loaded. No restrooms, thank god for DoorDash. People are nice, shipping office will not answer most of the time."
"This location is the bottom of the barrel. Been here 8hrs to load. Have not even seen a loading dck.dispatch says oh its not our fault the shipper is slow. Yes it is don't service sub par shippers like this. That's why it's your fault."
