"Avoid this store, others Sherwin Williams are far kinder and helpful."
"Last night my grandmother was in to buy a large quantity of paint, in a 5 gallon container. A woman who was the person to ring her up at the register instructed a man to help her out of the store to her car with the heavy paint. Once they got out to her car he moved the paint off the dolly and started to walk away. She asked if he would help her get it into the car and he said "No I have a bum shoulder" and proceeded to walk away back into the store. Her cellphone wasn't with her to ask for any help. So being 76 years old she had to struggle to get this huge 5 gallon container of paint in her car. Horrible customer service. She'll never be returning to this store."

"Sales person Manny had a high knowledge level for my project, which is to stain a privacy fence.
