"Ok. I knew what size I wanted, but the size stickers weren't all showing by being pointed towards the front, so we had to take the whole pile off the shelf and find the sizes, and then we'd find some had appliqued hearts, grr. The salespeople didn't ask if we needed help, but at least they didn't yell at us for taking all the jeans off the shelves."
"I bought a pair of jeans online and they didn't fit quite right so i took them into the store. The team at this store were fantastic! The store manager helped me find the right pair and offered to price match to what I paid online (I had gotten a great black Friday deal). I ended up loving the new pair (slightly different than the ones i originally ordered) and went up front to check out where Angie helped me. She was a life saver! The new pair was on sale and Angie up-sold me and offered to find the same pair I got online in the right size. She was able to find some deals and I got the second pair for a few dollars less than I originally paid. The whole process was seamless and even though the store was packed and the cash registers were all filled, Angie took the time to answer all my questions and get me both pairs of jeans. Se was fantastic (especially because I only went in for one pair of jeans). Thank you to Angie and the entire team at this location! You're all fantastic!"
