"If I could give my experience today zero stars, I would. I had a terrible experience with a return. The most unprofessional person with a horrible attitude and personality. She was downright rude. I am a great customer at that store and will never enter it again, as, hiring someone that terrible can destroy your business, J Crew. She is just awful. Mean, nasty, arrogant.... and I could go on and on. I assume she was the manager, but am not sure. Middle aged lady, in a pink suit, big glasses and just downright awful and rude. If she hates people and her job so much, she should find a new job."

"KIM is the rude staff member you all are referring to. She actually is *believe it or not* the manager. Everytime I walk into the store and see that she is working, I instantly know I’m in for a nasty attitude. She is the epitome of terrible customer service. Kim constantly makes you feel like you are less than, and not welcome. I cannot understand how this woman still has a job. I asked a staff member today for her information, and she told me that they receive at least one complaint, every. Single. Day. I have called customer service and filed a complaint- and am awaiting a call back. This woman needs to be fired. Hands down worst customer service experienc*ES* I have ever had. FIRE KIM!!!!!!"

"As someone who shops frequently at J. Crew, I have never had a bad experience until today. The sales associate seemed irritated I was looking through the product on the table. I asked very specifically about a pair of shorts, she informed me she had them in the back. However, never asked offered to grab a pair for me from the back nor ask for a a specific color or size. She told me then again, with a rude tone, they had some in the back. At this point in time, I didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable to finish shopping. I will not be continuing to support a business that allows such rude behavior. I would not recommend this J. Crew location if you are looking for staff that is kind, welcome and helpful."

"Should really consider putting in some seating. Like a couch or two. I get the whole business ideal of using all the floor space for merchandise, and also having a place where people don’t loiter and are on their feet looking through your inventory. But it’s also nice to think when I come in here with my family and grandmother while we are shopping she or any of us have a place to sit down."

"The staff seemed very helpful at first. I was shopping around for a little while and the manager seemed like she was following me. She asked me to leave the store because of my race. She went on further to explain that it looked bad on their store having me in there. I have never been treated this horrible before. I left the store and it’s safe to say I will NEVER be going back!"
