"She’s a horrible doctor. Since day one was adamant that I would be having a c section at 41 weeks although I was setup for a VBAC by my previous provider who left the clinic and transferred his patients over to her. She never listened since day one. Six weeks later I go into preterm labor and she said I wasn’t having contractions because the monitor was not picking them up. Sent me home four times. It was everything from diarrhea when I was constipated. To dehydration when I drink a whole gallon of water a day. To I need to start using antacids. And then suddenly I needed MIRALAX. To I now have gall bladder problems. Mind you this entire time I am complaining of contractions. And I am actively dilating. Lost my mucous plug. Had bloody show. Was nauseous. Uncomfortable. Restless from contractions. Literally staying up all night sitting down. I went to my FINAL appointment with her. This is where the gall bladder check came out of the woodwork. I am 3/4 cms dilated. Constantly contracting. Nauseous hadn’t ate. Stayed up all night slumped over pillows trying to be comfortable. And she’s palpating my gall bladder asking if it hurts. No lady it doesn’t hurt. It’s not my gall bladder. She says owell and goes on this rant of how she’s tried everything under the sun. I am listening to her while I’m crying so she can be done and I can leave. She asks me “what is wrong ? You seemed depressed over the care I am providing you. Are you okay emotionally? Tell me what is it you’re feeling. Do you need to start your maternity leave early?” I told her “I was up all night contracting sitting on my ball slumped over pillows on the couch. I am tired. I was hungry but nauseous. And I feel you aren’t listening to me but trying everything under the sun except the idea that I’m in labor early.” She then got offended and told me if I was going to treat her that way to leave and don’t go back because she didn’t want me there if I was going to treat her like that. I calmly replied “fine I’ll go to Albuquerque” and then she tried to grab me as I walked away from her. Just because I am 35 weeks pregnant does not mean I need to tolerate abuse from a “doctor” who never listened to me to begin with. My sons life and my safety are at risk with this woman and she is unstable. She clearly needs a competency check."
