"My partner had an appointment here yesterday at 11:00 am for a work physical. We arrived before our 11:00 am appointment and were told we needed to be 30 minutes early for our appointment in order to be seen because Dorkus needs extra 30 minutes to complete it. If extra time needs to be alotted for the appointments it should be scheduled into the appointment. No one notified him he needed to be thirty minutes early for this in order to be seen. The ladies at the front desk were very rude.It ridiculous and really upset us because he had to miss part of his work day in order to be present for the appointment. This could have been handled better by whoever is in charge of scheduling these appointments."
"Doctors talk behind your back, lie about you, and office management does nothing. One doctor purposely nearly killed me with medications I ended up refusing to take, since they hospitalized me. Nothing was done. They need to increase their malpractice insurance. Update:. Due to "inaccuracies" in my file here, I am "untreatable" in the local ER. I have filed grievances against a Dr here, and have the right to dispute what's in my file, as I was not properly diagnosed with nearly everything, and everything I was diagnosed with has been undiagnosed while I was in their care by another Dr... (Btw, being given mood stabilizers that nearly caused me to commit homicide... When I was dangerously low in B12 instead... Not exactly in the patient's best interest... Or the person sleeping next to them). I have now been treated for my B12 deficiency by a competent Dr... And my mental health is better than ever, no thanks to this place."
"The front desk are very helpful and friendly,My Dr. Sadeque is a thorough Doctor with a Beautiful personality and she cares.Excellent Doctor to have!Dr. Sadeques assistant nurse is also with a Beautiful personality and she is one of the Best assistants i have ever had,She also cares for the patients and Does a Good Job in every aspect of being a nurse.Just love these people! Every bit of Five stars!!!"
