Ensō Mental Health is a health institution located at 717 North 5th Street in Spearfish, South Dakota, United States. The name "Ensō" comes from the Japanese word for 'circular form' and represents the idea of perfection in imperfection. Like the art form of the ensō, we believe that all people are a work in progress and perfectly imperfect at the same time. Our therapy approach is to meet you where you are, even in the midst of where you want to go.
Our office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 12 pm. In case of an emergency, please call 911, 988, or the Crisis Care Center at (605)391-4863. Let Ensō Mental Health help you on your journey towards mental health and well-being.
