"I had a horrible experience with their service. They only give you 45 mins per session but they charge you for a full hour, $125 per session. If you use the extra 15 mins they charge an extra $100. I have rather severe mental health issues and the "professionals" there really should've understood how people like me may not be fully aware of what's going on. When I took my in-take they charged me $225 for evaluation and $25 more for online therapy. This is a tiny town, where few if any therapist live or will ever go here unless a job forces them to. Making people pay $15-25 just to use online services in unconscionable! How on Earth are you ever going to see someone other than online when there are so many people that need help and so few who are able to help. After months of seeing me, no one gave me a spreadsheet or a price breakdown. If I didn't have the insurance that I have they would have charged my thousands without me being fully aware of what they charge. I had no idea what everything costs until billing sent me a bill that was months overdue. They even failed to charge my insurance for months. At one point my therapist offered social therapy, but failed to mention that extra service costs money. They just kept billing me, I will be very lucky if my insurance doesn't increase my premium for all of the excessive charges. I'm furious with PMS and will never use any of their services ever again. I wouldn't use them for mental health issues unless you make sure they tell you what they are charging you. My therapist actually said, "Don't worry will figure it out later." PMS figured they would just keep charging me and never really explaining anything until they send the bill. I whish I could sue them, but I doubt I have a case considering I signed up for everything the offered. If I could give them 0 stars I would, absolutely horrible service"
